Services covered by these terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all Day Crafting services delivered by Bruce Stanley or associates, including:

• Remote 1:1 sessions (single or ongoing)

• Remote group workshops and courses

• Taster sessions and introductory events

• Bespoke workshops for organisations

• Workbooks and other materials supplied directly

Booking and payment

• If you book through a partner platform, all payments are made via that partner. Please continue to use the partner’s booking system unless agreed otherwise.

• If you book directly, payment is taken via Wix or PayPal. Your booking is confirmed once payment is received.

Rescheduling and cancellations (clients)

• 1:1 sessions can be rescheduled (if an alternative time is available) up to 48 hours before the session. The calendar link shows only the times that are free.

• 1:1 cancellations with at least 48 hours’ notice receive a full refund.

• Group courses or workshops may be cancelled with at least 5 days’ notice for a full refund. If you cancel within 5 days, we may be able to arrange an alternative (such as a 1:1 session) at our discretion.

• Cancellations after these windows are non-refundable.

Rescheduling and cancellations (our side)

• If we need to reschedule, we will inform you and invite you to schedule an alternative slot.

• If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued. This is the standard and fair practice we follow.

Refunds for physical/digital products

• Digital materials (e.g. PDF downloads) are non-refundable once supplied.

• Physical workbooks can be refunded only if returned in pristine condition, at your cost. Postage and packing charges are not refunded.

What Day Crafting is (and isn’t)

Day Crafting is a preventative, strengths-based approach to shaping your days. It is not clinical or remedial therapy, nor is it expert advice on legal, financial, relational or serious mental health matters. If you are in need of such support, please seek a qualified professional.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
