Refund Policy

We want to be clear and fair. These rules apply to all bookings and purchases unless agreed otherwise.

Cooling-off period

• For online purchases, you have a 14-day cooling-off period to request a refund, unless the service has already begun or digital content has been supplied.

1:1 sessions

• Full refunds are available if cancelled at least 48 hours before the session.

• Sessions may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before, subject to availability.

Group workshops and courses

• Full refunds are available if cancelled at least 5 days before the first session.

• If cancelled within 5 days, we may offer an alternative (e.g. a 1:1 session) at our discretion.

Digital materials

• No refunds once the digital material has been provided.

Physical workbooks

• Refunds are only possible if the book is returned in pristine condition at your cost.

• Postage and packing fees are non-refundable.

Exceptional circumstances

• We understand that life happens. If you are facing exceptional circumstances, please contact us. We are always willing to discuss fair solutions.
