Description

This is the Foundation Workshop – a two-part, live experience for people ready to make a good life by shaping better days. Read more on the Foundation tab above. It’s not about goals, hustle, or fixing yourself; it explores what can be made through small experiments and by raising our typical performance. On the course, you'll find tools, ideas, and gentle provocations that invite you to treat today as a part of the good life instead of putting that off for someday. Delivered via Zoom in two 2-hour sessions (with time to practise between), this workshop introduces the core tools and mindset of Day Crafting. You'll take away a system to start shaping your days, plus some quietly rebellious questions that might stay with you. PRICING OPTIONS You’ll need two workbooks before the Foundation starts (The Introductory Workbooks and the Body-clock Workbook). There are three pricing options. Two include the workbooks and one involves you getting the workbooks yourself: £79 – Foundation and Workbooks (including UK postage). £85 – Foundation and Workbooks (including International postage). £61 – Foundation and you order the workbooks yourself from Amazon (recommended if you have Prime – it’s cheaper, faster, and boosts Day Crafting’s visibility) If you’re unsure which option suits you best, or if cost is a barrier and this is exactly what you need right now, drop me a line. I’ll see what I can do :-) For full details, read more on the Foundation tab above.

Dates and Times

Cancellation Policy

When you book a place on the Day Crafting Workshop, you're not just signing up for two Zoom sessions – you're stepping into a practice. Your presence matters. Places are limited to keep things intimate and meaningful, so we ask that you book with intention. Cancellations and Refunds You can cancel your place and receive a full refund up to 48 hours before the first session. After that point, your place is confirmed and non-refundable – partly to honour the commitment you've made, and partly because it may be too late for someone on the waitlist to take your spot. We don’t offer partial refunds or transfers, even if you miss one of the two sessions. That’s because the workshop is designed as a complete arc. You’re welcome to follow up via email if you’d like help reviewing any material you missed. Feeling unsure? If you're not sure whether this course is right for you – that’s OK. There's no pressure to commit before you're ready. Instead, you might want to: Join a free Taster Session – short, semi-regular sessions where you can get a feel for the Day Crafting approach. Watch a few reels or videos – many of the core ideas are shared freely on Instagram, YouTube and the Day Crafting newsletter. Download the sample workbook pages – get a taste of the voice, tools and tone before diving in. Or just start crafting on your own. The real work happens in your own day, not in a Zoom room. Waitlist If the workshop is full, you’ll see an option to join the waitlist. If someone cancels in time, we’ll notify the next person on the list right away. You won’t be charged unless a space becomes available and you choose to take it. If the timing of this workshop doesn’t work for you, future dates will be announced via the Day Crafting newsletter.
